What we offer
​At Healthape, we offer structured strength and conditioning sessions designed to build fitness across all domains. Our sessions combine: -

Strength, building a strong foundation with compound movements such as, Squats.

Learn proper technique in Olympic Lifting such as, Snatch, Clean and Jerk.

Develop bodyweight movement skills and progressions for handstands, pull-ups and other gymnastic movements; with a focus to more advanced skills over time, such as muscle-ups.

A daily workout to test your stamina and cardiovascular fitness !
So, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, our sessions are suited to all fitness levels.
