All classes can be viewed and booked directly through Team Up. 

What we offer

At Healthape, we offer structured strength and conditioning sessions designed to build fitness across all domains. Our sessions combine: -

  • Strength, building a strong foundation with compound movements such as, Squats.

  • Learn proper technique in Olympic Lifting such as, Snatch, Clean and Jerk.

  • Develop bodyweight movement skills and progressions for handstands, pull-ups and other gymnastic movements; with a focus to more advanced skills over time, such as muscle-ups.

  • A daily workout to test your stamina and cardiovascular fitness !

So, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, our sessions are suited to all fitness levels.

Join us every Wednesday PM and Saturday AM for our Team WOD's - It's a great opportunity to experience competition style workouts in TEAMs; A session where you can challenge yourself,  push your limits together, and support one another!
